Established a strict quality and food safety management system

Strict quality and food safety management systems have been established, with quality control strictly implemented according to product standards for all processes, including Blister production, product molding, product printing (label application), and product packaging, and hygiene indicators.

The company strictly fulfills its main responsibility as a food packaging enterprise and strictly controls product quality.

The company strictly controls the raw and auxiliary materials from the time they enter the factory to their use. For purchased raw and auxiliary materials, the company uses methods such as requesting certificates, inspection reports, regular spot checks, and sample submissions for acceptance. Each item is inspected against the standard to ensure that qualified raw materials are used to produce qualified products.

The company, in accordance with national food packaging inspection requirements, has built a 100,000-grade cleanroom equipped with instruments for process quality inspection, such as tensile testers, high-precision measuring instruments, and product weighing scales. It is also equipped with a complete set of testing equipment for process and product microbiological testing, including laminar flow hoods, high-temperature sterilizers, and incubators. This satisfies the equipment and facility requirements for product testing and ensures quality control throughout the entire process, from the source of production to product shipment.
