Established in 2005 and after construction and development of more than a decade, the company now has become a plastics manufacturer with a production process of the whole industrial chain products of “sheet, blister, cup making, injection molding, printing and label trapping”. The company covers an area of 6,000 square meters, with a construction area of 7,800 square meters. The company’s production workshops are all built according to the 300,000 level clean workshop of GMP standard, and all products are produced in the purification room, which provides production guarantee for the production of food plastic packaging. The company mainly produces more than 150 varieties of products in six categories of “cup, meal box, cold drink tray, fresh meat and fruit, seafood product tray and electronic product packaging”. The annual output value of the company is about RMB 40 million yuan now.

In terms of traceability management of product quality, after all products produced by the company passing“self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection”, label the outside of the inner bag of each product loaded into the box, and form a unique identification code with the production shift number on the product qualification certificate of the outer box to realize the traceability of the production process of the products.

The company now has 14 production lines for plastic products

The company now has 14 production lines for plastic products, and its production capacity is: two sheet extrusion lines with a capacity of 600 tons per month; two cup making production lines with a capacity of 18 million per month; four three-station blister production lines with a capacity of 26 million per month; two label trapping production lines with a monthly capacity of 10 million per month; two printing production lines with a monthly capacity of 12 million per month; and two injection molding production lines with a monthly production capacity of 1.5 million per month. In 2020, the annual output value of the company has reached more than RMB 40 million yuan. In order to ensure the quality of the company’s products, all the three raw materials used in the company's production, namely polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), are products produced by PetroChina.
