Quality control throughout the entire production process, from source to finished product
The company, in accordance with national food packaging inspection requirements, has built a 100,000-grade cleanroom equipped with instruments for process quality inspection, such as tensile testers, high-precision measuring instruments, and product weighing scales. It is also equipped with a complete set of testing equipment for process and product microbiological testing, including laminar flow hoods, high-temperature sterilizers, and incubators. This satisfies the equipment and facility requirements for product testing and ensures quality control throughout the entire process, from the source of production to product shipment.
